No one is saying Michael doesn't want the money just that this show can lead on to better opportunities without the 50k. Thats a bonus. Hed be delusional if he thinks he can creep back to Amber for the last week and be in for the 50k at most he can do damage control and not be known for the loverat of the series etc.

I think its unlikely Maura and Curtis will win, but Maura will be one of the ones who have deals thrown at her i reckon.

MollyMae has her eye on the prize and hasn't been all that circumspect about revealing her manipulation of the other contestants. She was the one who made a big thing about Michael still having feelings for Amber after the first "big chat" (based on what, I'm not sure - did she say it was because Amber told her? but then did Amber actually say that really? might have to go back and re-watch as I have it all on series record ) all the while sat right next to Joanna. Not kind.

If Michael really had feelings for Joanna he would have left with her, not least because with her back home and spending time with other people, she could quite easily find someone better than him.

I think he's very dislikable.

Even if Amber and Michael do get back together they won't win. Neither of them is a nice person, neither have behaved well. And Michael has shown himself to be very spiteful. Amber would be better off with Ovie. I think Molly Mae and Tommy are going to walk it at this point.

I'm not sure that can happen. The winners are given 2 envelopes, one with £0, the other eith £50k. The one with £50k then decides whether to share or keep the lot.

Not that I'm aware of SpamBot. Netflix had series 1 & 2, but that's now gone. And ITV Hub had all seasons 1-5, but it's not available at the moment.

I have to admit, now I'm addicted to this series (having never seen a second of it before this year) thanks to my teen dc. I'm quite curious to watch the first series now. I have fond memories of the first series of Big Brother because I watched it when I was pg with my pfb. Never watched it much after that but I felt part of something exciting tv-wise at the time. To watch BB S1 again would make a fascinating insight into how mainstream media (pre-social media) and the grooming, gym-honing, plastic surgery, and astonishing amounts of makeup now considered normal by young people has changed in less than a generation. Bring back Series 1 of Big Brother!!
