I was a Corrie fan for about 25 years but gave up in frustration at the crapness of it about 3 years ago. Having seen this week that they are having a big character cull I am tempted to give it another try.

Expletive I was a Corrie addict until a good few years ago (I think Gail had just met Les Dennis)
I have tuned in for the death of Hayley and Deidre's announced death.
Currently really enjoying classic Corrie the past 18months, it's too confusing to see young Gail/Sally/Kev and then 26 years on.

Alia has been drinking energy drinks and eating pro plus caffeine tablets.
I'm afraid my DocTors degree hasn't covered the prognosis for this

Maybe she'll die, then Ruhma will blame herself for putting her under exam pressure and shell finally dissapear off to Tuscany.

Well I felt the spoiler for tomorrow really increased the suspense for Alia, what with everyone bring completely chilled out!

Bingle to be honest, I was more interested in trying to figure out who the actors were- and I've just realised I didn't really pay that much attention to the plot!

I think it had something to do with their father, and maybe a will/being disinherited/or just ignored for years, due to the 'baddies ' alcoholism.

On the plus side I did think Val looked really good in her outfit. She definatly "pulled it off"! Loved the fabric of Al's too, even if it was a bad fit.

Hi all. I'm new to the Doctors thread. The programme has become my secret daily pleasure. Am I the only one who thinks Alia is an appalling actress? She makes me cringe whenever she's in it. The storyline with that young lad she was with last year (Tarqs or something) was dreadful.

She is Alia number 2 (actress 1 was marginally better) We re not supposed to notice when they swap an actor- a few years back, they swapped Ayesha's sister, Sienna.

From a white to a black actress. There was a bit of an age difference too.

Thanks for your welcome. You may want to ex-communicate me though when I say I don't mind Daniel as he looks rather like a friend of mine! Despise the way he treated Zara over her slapping Izzy. Pretty obvious he and BT would get together at some point. Alia is the one I really dislike.

Sid, is just a bit of a drip- so a bit sappy.

Emma (well Dio, the actress) had been in the show 5 times before she landed the role of Emma- so it was sixth time lucky - 6tl .

Oddly- one of her previous roles was as the wife of a character played by the actor who subsequently became Reverend Gordon (and married Mrs T).
