I will start

Game of Thrones is overrated.

Only Fools and Horses leaves me cold and always has done.

BGT needs shelving as does X Factor, it's boring now.

Piers Morgan is very entertaining on GMB.

Jeremy Clarkson is similarly entertaining.

Holly Willoughby is not very good on This Morning.

Luther - same thing every episode, every series and Idris isn't even that good an actor.....

Fraiser isn't better than friends

Ant and Dec are overrated

TV talent shows are dead

Strictly needs more verity

ITV offers nothing

I didn't like the ending of Fleabag.
I can't get into GOT after 3 seasons.

I really enjoyed Big Brother.

Firefly is merely ok

I much prefer Frasier to Friends. I struggle to watch Friends now although I quite enjoyed it at the time. Now it's just irritating.

Alexander Armstrong is creepy

Soap operas are unsuitable viewing for children and should only be on after the watershed.

Speaking of Alexander Armstrong, the long winded 'banter' between him and Richard Osmond has rendered Pointless unwatchable for me. The Chase is much better!

Flea bag is rubbish. I couldn't even get half way through the first episode.

Agree, Friends was woeful. Everyone delivered their lines with such smugness and I will never forgive them for introducing that whole Putting.Random.Fullstops.Into.Sentences.Beforespeedingupandsayingthingsreallyquickly makes something funnier.

It was that stupid music they played every now and again during each episode which I found annoying. And wtf is the whoooish about on Big Bang?

Luther is ridiculous. It jumped the shark every episode that I endured (which was only the first two). I felt totally manipulated.

Breaking Bad was fucking awful, couldn’t get past 2 seasons and that was a struggle, same for Sons of Anarchy.

Box sets are a waste of energy, GOT is to violent on every level. I never understood "scandi dramas" reality tv have ruined society famous for being famous is terrible and nothing to aspire to.

Love Island is tedious shite. Yet, whenever it's on it seems to be the sole topic of conversation in the staff room at work. Several people also have the personalised Love Island style water bottles.

My Mother and Grandmother were very strong believers in this too . Only 'common' people watched anything on ITV, with it's tacky adverts. Frankly any TV was a bit declasse compared to Radio 4 and the World Service. As for Channel 4, then 5, then Sky... Best not mentioned in polite company

I've noticed my mother seems to have become partial to watching reruns of Morse, Taggart and Midsomer Murders as she's got older though. Maybe I should remind her of her own opinions on such things
