Nieghbours and Doctors..... I have a few questions please

Not watched any daytime telly for ages, and settled down to watch Neighbours and Doctors this lunch-time.

so.... how did Frazer end up in a wheelchair? Who is the boy who now seems to own Lassiters and who is the strange lady who has kidnapped Pepper and why?

and in doctors.... what happened to Nick, who is the new doctor who appears to owe quite a lot of money and what happened to Donna?

right .. I too missed loads of Neighbours over the Wimbledon week (even though it was probably on at the earlier time - I forgot to check and just moaned that BBC had taken it off in the pm slot ...) ANYWAY,

Frazer was watching horses at the race track and a little girl ran onto the track... Fraze rushed on, rescued the girl but got run over by a horse

The blonde dude who now co-owns lassiters is Oliver (changed actor somewhere - missed that one too!)

Pepper has been kidnapped by her ex-s mum , she lost his baby YEARS ago (about 8 I think) but the lady is loopy and has never forgiven her .....

just the usual really!

Doctors?? - clueless sorry.

Doctors -

Donna was sacked for leaking patient information (she leaked info about the mum of a little boy who was bullying her son to the boys dad to help dad get custody/access to his son)
Nick was in the car with George, had too much to drink and tried to tell George how he felt about her. She crashed the car.
New boy is doctor with gambling problem (I think) hence he owes a lot of money. He is standing in for Nick.

Can you tell this is my lunchbreak - Doctors and a sandwich whilst the dc are at school/nursery

TMP - just to let you know that Neighbours wasn't on over the wimbledon fortnight so you didn't miss any!

I have today (mostly this evening) watched 5 episodes which where taped when I was away last week! only got 1 more to go...

Next its home and away to catch up on!...

Re Oliver - no actors changed but he is the brother or the one which camella went out with... apparently oliver had turned his back on the family millions before the other brov (whose name I can't remember) and he turned up when other brov left town)...

ahhhhh - ok Heifer, thanks for that. I was rather annoyed thinking they had changed actor - cos the original (brother) was HOT (IMO), however, since oli has had a hair chop, I am finding him more attractive by the day

another quick question (as I watched telly again today) I grasped the fact that Susan and the other teacher bloke have got something going on, but what happened to Carl???

Karl Kennedy has popped back to London, where Izzy had his baby - he is playing the 'good father' role apparently!

truth is - he was over here filming that singing thing on BBC1 (and touring with his band - I believe) at the time ...

Has Susan got a thing going on with Tom, again?

Knew there was something else - Oliver's brother was called Will. I'm a bit vague on the whole history, but basically he was avoiding his family money when he came to Erinsborough, got together with Carmella, then eventually decided to come clean about being loaded, so I think she ditched him for being dishonest. He may have been disinherited too. Then I think he went travelling again.

Oliver fairly smartly appeared on the scene to pick up where Will left off.

And in Doctors - the new locum is Joe's nephew.

Hopefully, tomorrow there won't be any returns to storylines I know nothing about and I can get on with watching it

Joe's nephew! I guessed today that he was staying at Joe's house, and they obviously knew each other, but nephew! righto, thanks for that.

ok, now I must ask, I happened to watch (after years of neglect) the episode where Karl and Susan remarry in London. The've already split up? Again????????????

yes, I watched an episode really recently, they get married on a boat on the thames, while Izzy (for some reasons on the same boat) goes into labour. I was puzzled, but as i said, I've neglected neighbours for two yrs...

They got married in London, with Sinita and Jono Coleman as witnesses. And Izzy and her bloke on the boat on the Thames with them too. Izzy went into labour. Susan overheard that Karl was the father of the baby, and told him once they were back in Oz. For some reason I can't recall, karl has now gone to London to see the baby (maybe to register her?). I didn't think they'd split up though. I'm sure Susan's standing by him.

yes, yes - they got hitched again ...! whilst Izzy while pushing out Karls baby (on the same boat - only in neighbours!!)

... however the Izz decides NOT to tell Karl that the baby is his (and stays with her ever-so-loving-famous-footballer-who-left-his-wife-for-the-Izz boyfriend) ...

BUT (duh-duh--duuuuuuuuuuh)

Susan overhears a convo between said boyfriend and the Izz about the babys father and FINALLY tells Karl when they get back to Oz ....
(cue Karls return to London)

when I was still watching it regularly, Carl went to visit Libby and her husband and their children.... so whilst she's not in it, she is mentioned
