Yes they have settled the dispute with Greece and are allowed to call themselves something containing Macedonia now.

I wasn´t convinced about the Norwegian song before, but I thought it was good now. Probably just in comparison to all the others...

They were FYR Macedonia for years. The dispute with Greece over the name Macedonia was finally settled after decades of diplomacy. Hence the name change.

No, there's no South Macedonia, as that's Greece. It's a bit geo-politically delicate.

Greece got very upset with them calling their entire country the same name as their own (Greece's) large adjacent region. I gather that NM are keen to get into the EU and Greece made it clear that they would veto it without a name change.
