Well I went to a private school but I got a full scholarship. This was even worse. But we had hundreds of books at home.

Today was terrible, MrsT would not have suggested such a decisive training idea, eesh is already knarcked off at everyone else being better than her, talk about rubbing it in !
Sotd was dull, although I'm sure they time travelled in hospital, the clock showed after 4pm before gobby told them she'd died and just after 3 when he ran out the room.

Fuzzypuffling a friend of mine got a scholarship and she had to write Scholarship Girl on her exam papers.

Oh bow dreadful "junior". I just got bullied for not being posh enough,. (Whereas at my junior school I was bullied for being too posh. Can't win!)

That's awful having to write scholarship on an exam paper.
When I was at secondary school in the 70s, the free school meals pupils got a different colour ticket to hand over ( I think it was white and ordinarily pink for paid for meals)
We all knew who was getting free dinners. Sad
