I watched part 1 on all4 Friday night, horrific but wanted to watch part 2 for completion/closure. It's not on all4 any more and not coming up on any searches on amazon prime etc. Wondering if some law suit has been brought?

Are all these people really willing to cover up something as sick as padophilia. There is a reason is generally seen as the worst crime to be put in prison for. Paedos are hunted down and killed in prison. You really think they would have turned the eye rather than do something about it? Even the most famous man in the world cannot get away with that. I’m sure all of that is true. I don’t think it’s true in this case as the statements are provably false. Therefore is calls the testimony in mot questions. I’m sure on the other cases of abuse, most didn’t have to lie. However as much as we’d like to live in an ideal world, people do lie even about things like CSA.

Also the peadophile Michael Jackson may have got away with his crimes in his 2005 trial, and you keep whining about "not convicted" however if he was alive and stood trial today here's how that trial would be different from 2005:

• One less prosecution witness, and two more victims and their families with compelling stories. The "lies" you wang on about about the Grand Canyon and the train station would not be put to the victims, the defence wouldn't do this unless the evidence was compelling, and it's not.
• We live in a #MeToo era where people have a much, much greater understanding of abuse and grooming, meaning the jury would start off with a more realistic standpoint on the effects of abuse.
• Changes in US law which means certain pieces of evidence can be included that couldn't be in 2005.

I've never claimed that people guilty of a crime are always convicted. They aren't, I know this all too well, unfortunately. Technicalities, police losing and bullshit like that...

However not everyone accused of a crime is guilty. People do lie to win money, especially in America. I disagree that a jury would be convinced by all of this, especially with Dan Reed flapping about on social media, he can't decide what is right.
