Dd 10 years saw a documentary incidentally and wants to see more documentaries
Have seen black fish, which we both enjoyed on Netflix
We both have seen travel documentaries on i player in addition to the above
Any other recommendations??

As Netflix often changes its content I usually Google 'best documentaries on Netflix April 2019'

Blue Planet is on that your DD may enjoy.

The docs I've watched recently that I enjoyed are not necessarily suitable for your DD though. I've 'enjoyed' The Keepers which is a true crime one, The Dirt which is loosely based on the excessesof Motley Crew, SoundCit, which is an interesting look at the history of the legendary recording studio.

If you like the travel ones then I recommend anything by Simon Reeve , some of them are still available on iplayer .

Oh I love a good documentary

Are you limited to Netflix? - the Fyre Festival one was well made

On sky I highly recommend the inventor

Ohh Amazon Prime- the lance Armstrong one!

ProfessorLayton1 · 05/04/2019 21:32

We have exhausted Simon Reeves documentaries on iplayer..
Don't have sky but have Amazon prime and Netflix

Headscarf heroes on iPlayer is interesting, about a period of recent history I was unaware of.
BBC 4 on iPlayer has loads but you have to look there rather than the front page.
