Better than Cherie fucking Blair, IMO.

I think she and her husband wanted to live in Scotland and she made a very simple job error.

We've all done it.

But with her experience I reckon it's an easily corrected mistake.

The graffiti is a short term tourist-puller.
The old render has to come off so they've turned it into a short-term art promo.
(I live 20 mins away from the place)
The graffiti is only on the south face of the castle (which is the back) leaving the 'front' of the castle as it is.

I would definitely be more worried about the catering facilities operating outside Health and Safety.

Why the hell couldn't the architect son do a bit more regarding the dilapidated state of the place?

Having said that we're taking dd to 'The Secret Forest' there on Monday. It is really great fun for wee people

Yeah, I thought that myself, Mac. If he's a bloody architect why isn't he off his backside doing some maintenance instead of leaving it to a 70-year-old man with a hip replacement who needs a stick to even stand up.

The son of the stately home owners last week couldn't find enough hours in the day to work, and he was just three years older than this 'viscount' - sorry, I think all titles are a crock.

A real stark comparison between him and this narcissistic layabout.

What a waste of a castle on these yahoos v. someone who would cherish it and do everything they could to make it glorious rather than sit on their backsides and expect everyone else to do it for them.

I won't be visiting there now I know what a pair of tossers the owners are, tbh.

And we'll be moving to Argyll so it wouldn't be so far.

But they're gits and the last thing I want to do is give money to bawbags like those.
