SAS - Who Dares Wins

I watch this programme in disbelief that anyone would choose to put themselves through this.... I just don't get it. I realise that people (not me) get a great deal of satisfaction from pushing themselves to their limits and seeing what they can achieve but really - why bother?!

Ooh I quite like Ollie. I totally don't insta follow Foxy & Ollie for the work out pics. Nothing to see here.

What did everyone think of the final 3?

Final 3 worthy I thought! I didn't think Ed Sheeran would make it, looks like it really meant a lot to all of them.

What do they do now just go back to their previous job roles or apply for the SAS?

Go back to previous lives, although a couple of past contestants have traded on their appearance in the show to have a higher profile, usually winners/finalists who already worked in fitness. Ollie, Billy and Ant give them some insta shout outs.

Oh I'd love Ant and Foxy to put me through my paces! only in the bedroom though

Singularly or together?

Oh definitely singularly ...... I like to focus on one at a time!
I'm not fussed which one I'd have first though
