I've been away for the last two weeks and as I haven't watched any TV since about 20th December. January's a long dark month and so I fancy catching up with the best Xmas TV. What did I miss that you would recommend?

I liked the first episode of Les Miserables, good costume drama if you like that sort of thing! Second due on Sunday.

Click and Collect on BBC1 with Stephen Merchant and Asim Chaudhry. Was deeply silly but sweet and funny.

It was an extremely poor offering all round.

No spooky dramas? Any Agatha Christie thing or similar? Poirot etc.

ABC murders. It wasn't that good though.

After the screaming stops- documentary about bros it's on the i player and ironically 'Christmas tv in 1988' on bbc4 hosted by grace dent was hilarious

comebacksoonsusan · 04/01/2019 16:53

I liked ABC Murders.

The Agatha Christie series this year was the ABC Murders - I liked it but all the book fans were up in arms. It’ll be on iplayer.

The Bros documentary was literally the only other good thing on.

Inkanta · 04/01/2019 17:03

Yeah only ABC Murders and Bros really.

Hoping I missed something good I can catch up on.

Also The Bookshop on Netflix.

I’m just watching the pilot of King Gary which is my kind of humour. Written and staring Tom Davis.

I liked ABC murders but haven’t read the book
