X FACTOR- It's the FINAL weekend! We have survived! Sat /Sun 7.30pm *******SPOILERS*********

(I don't usually worry about spoilers , but sometimes we get people getting sniffy over the Final thread). Grin)
So- you've been warned. Grin

Here's hoping the Winner's single won't be something from the Greatest Showman- which this entire series has been a big advert for. GrinWe do usually know what the Winner's song is by now though.

In a bit of a twist, it would appear Simon doesn't think the acts can carry a Winner's single by themselves, so this is who they have been teamed up with
Dalton- performing with James Arthur, Scarlett is with Leona Lewis, and Anthony is with Ricky Wilson (minus his Kaiser Chiefs).
They will all get to perform their song, which doesn't usually happen, usually only 2 go through to Sunday.

The traditional Duets are still happening-

Scarlett has the dubious honour of singing 'Angels' with Knobbie
Dalton has been paired up with Emili Sande for the crime against grammar that is 'Beneath your beautiful', and Anthony is performing 'Leave the Light on ' with Tom Walker- and is not, surprisingly, singing with his bestie Louis.

It is December 1st, I will have mulled wine and mince pies.

I remember the really awkward bit with the girl in the sort of wedding dress being carried on a chair.

Why is there such a gap between Dalton and the other two. Is it so everyone will forget what they sang and vote for Dalton?

Piggy I agree about Ella, she had a great voice, unusual, and was really let down by the show. She did a couple of series for a young singing star- one of whom was on the final X Factor shows last year.

You used to watch the final knowing that you were about to find out what was going to be Xmas no 1. Not that I’d know what was no 1 nowadays if a cd copy of it hit me full on in the face.

I’m not saying that was a good thing btw, I was deffo team RATM

There was a great post doing the rounds on Facebook yesterday about the latest Now compilation, where someone who was clearly over 30, was saying that the fact they didn't know any of the songs on it meant they were probably ready to be put in an old folks home.

It was all collaborations - So & So Feat. DJ Someone, Dua Lipa, Nikki Minaj, Justin Bieber and the neighbours' cat.
