Al was driving too fast, mud on the road, Heston taking off his seatbelt.
Why is not knowing not good enough? You can lose control without knowing, no?

That was such a sad episode....poor Al. I'll really miss Heston too, I liked his character a lot.

Having seen the preview for tomorrow I think I'm going to be disliking Rhuma more than ever.

Yup think it's a heartfelt rip all round for Heston. I also thought he was good as Mr Slaney in one foot in grave. Never realised his true TV potential. Perhaps ruhma will walk into the sunset and never be seen again.

Why was there no crash team appearing? I doubt his organs would have been much use apart from corneas. Poor Al, maybe he was concussed, I was half expecting him to keel over.

Perhaps Al could keel over on top of Ruhma and suffocate her, hence dealing with many problems at once?

Fuzzy, I think that's the ultimate Doctor's solution and it would all be over and done with within one episode.
