Who is/was your scariest Dr Who Monster??

When I was wee, I was scared to death of the Sontarans!! Eeek scary potato heads. Any other favs from childhood?

Cybermen. Practically weed myself when they brought them back. Apparently I was squeezing dh's hand even more tightly than I did in labour!

Still has to be the daleks - used to hide behind the couch and still hate the voice even now.

Daleks even though they look like metallic fairy liquid bottles clanger stylee to me now as an adult.

its still the daleks, when i was a kid my dad took me on a dalek ride, where we sat inside one and it was supposed to cure me of my phobia cos i used to think they were on every street corner!!!!
at the Dr Who exhibition last week you could play a remote control game and even stand inside a dalek but ugh i couldnt i still got shivers!!!!

I don't get why I was so so petrified of Dr Who when I was about 12, and it is my 6yo's favourite programme.

It used to be the Daleks, but I think the Weeping Angels will probably be the scariest for me now.
I'm afraid the Daleks jumped the shark for me when they went to Manhattan.

The scarecrows the other week freaked me out!!
