Dd says she doesn’t know how to stretch her feet but it’s not bad. She reckons it’s based on Lamone (sp) technique.

I think she put her soul into that but it just didn't quite flow as it should in contempowaft!

I wanted her to point her toes. I think there was a mistake with one of the early lifts, and it threw her a bit.
