Anyone else watched this? I watched it today and it made me so angry, so moved, so despairing that women still have to face this. In the USA, the supposedly most advanced nation in the world. The worst thing was this wasn’t a historical documentary, it ended with what is happening now and how it is getting worse. Although deeply upsetting (to me) well Worth watching.

Haven't seen this, but will take a look. Sounds intriguing.

Just watching. It's fascinating, I'm so sad and angry watching it. I have a list of compulsory viewing for my child and this is being added to it!

I can also recommend a BBC Stacey Dooley programme she did on ReapealThe8th and also another Netflix one on Dr George Tiller.

It's a topic close to my heart - thanks OP for reminding me to watch this x

Just watched this - it's terrifying how many women will be out at risk again if the Roe decision is reversed - and it so easily may be, because the American judiciary is politically appointed.

Rather ironic, though, that respect for life seems to end at the birth - bearing in mind that there is little help for poor families, education in poor areas is dreadful and it is only recently (2005) that imposing the death penalty on offenders who were younger than age 18 at the time of the murder for which they were charged violated the Eighth Amendment (Cruel and Unusual Punishment)

As usual, abortion is one of the things which, if it directly affected men, would have been legalised years ago, with safe clinics in every city and town.

I watched this last night, and it was excellent. Wendy Davis is a star, what a fabulous woman she is. Every women must have the right to decide when and if they want a child. I loved the 80 year old doctor and the old minster, and the ob/gyn who travels 100s Of miles to help women, with people like this Roe Vs Wade will prevail.
