I though he was fair and funny tonight, even when faced with some horrendomas. I loved the whole team, DH and I were laughing out loud. He has been vile in the past though.

The problem with reality TV celeb versions is that people will only agree to do it as a last ditch attempt to revive their careers or move into different areas. If you're an actor for example with a steady stream of acting work, you won't want to do it. I think only Strictly and Masterchef would lead to other work. The rest are basically telling casting agents that your career is dead.
