Yes, you are correct, in London, kind of normal but in WSM I am very surprised he is still living with mum. I always find this strange when I come across men of that age living with parents but I moved out of home when I was 17 so my experience is just different

If you watched Wednesday's (12 September on TLC) episode alone, I think, yes you would have come to the conclusion he is not scary, he plays a good game/puts on a good show in that particular episode but EVERY OTHER single episode he is on, just argh, one very scary man there with huge control issues!

Oh I'm so pleased to have found this thread! Rachel's baby Lucy is so lovely, I keep wanting to shout " Don't make Jon your Daddy!" He's such a man child, living with his mum - even his friends call him a womaniser and the amount of fights he has been in is another red flag. I feel sorry for Hazel, the grinding poverty she lives in and not being able to afford to have her son with her - I can see why she is desperate for an escape. Karine makes me laugh, she is like a naughty teenager, hope she sees sense and doesn't marry the control freak.

@CrumblyMumbly - I saw Jon's friends as ''good cop, bad cop'' one seemed to genuinely to want Jon and Rachel's relationship to work and the other one seemed to be screaming run for the hills!

I do wonder how much is played up for the cameras - surely you wouldn't get one of your mates to meet your girlfriend/potential wife for him to then continuously bad mouth you. My DH said - he isn't much of a friend is he and my reaction was - I wonder how much (the friend) was paid to make those comments

I've loved this show for years!! But it's equally quite saddening that these people are so desperate for love that they get talking to frankly some very weird foreigners! The lady with the baby in this latest one is on a hiding to nothing - he's never going to get a Visa and she has another child in the US. What was the point in meeting.........

As for Nicole and Azan, her poor Mother . I'd have cut her off financially years ago and put a stop to it. She needs a good kick up the arse dragging that poor child half way round the world so a man can spend her money. I can't believe that she can put a man before her child......... but lots of them on this show seem to, same with Darcy. FFS that man is a psycho.

I think he (Jon) can get a Visa if him and Rachel get married (here) but it could be a long process. Jesse and Darcey are both totally crazy - maybe they are well suited - so much drama! I feel sorry for Hazel, she has a baby and just seems so desperate to find a way out.
