Stranger Things - Netflix

Has anyone watched this? Its premise is preposterous - but it is so well written, acted and put together that it’s compulsive viewing. I got a little crush on David Harbour who plays lovely police chief Jim “Hop” Hopper.

I'm now on episode 6, season 1 and it's compulsive viewing! The casting of the younger actors was brilliantly done and I agree, it's very well written.

I've watched each season about four times so far :) I love it!

It's bloody brilliant. Can't wait for the next series. There's a huge cult fan base.

We are watching it with DS who is about the same age as the little boys in the film. I know it is a 15 certificate, but he read way scarier stuff (Hunger Games anyone?).
We love the whole story and especially the lovely friendship group.
DS keeps coming up with new theories on how Eleven and the demogorgon are connected, etc. He wants to play Dungeons and dragons with his friends. We love discussing it.
