She's quite nasty. I think she's decided that Hardeep is unpopular in the house. Therefore, if she picks on his cooking, snoring and comedy she thinks everyone will agree with her. Big mistake. As she'd say "Shit's gonna go down, girl." (or some such nonsense).

Being empathic, a good active listener and picking up non-verbal cues are valuable and useful skills. I hate to see them used to emotionally unsettle people.
