Laura 1's flowery dress was showing an inappropriate amount of boobage. Worse than the sage monstrosity Alex3 had on. The pink jacket just looked like 1993. In contrast, LOVED the yellow dress Laura1 had on when Alex was explaining about the kiss request, but we didn't see much of it.

Drama wise... Dani was totally in the wrong. I would have been royally fucked off too if i was in his shoes. It was the love island equivalent of the Minority Report. Laura 1 was so funny going on about their babies. She's nuts and when it comes to wearing her heart on her sleeve, she gives zero fucks. Paul is so hard to read I genuinely don't know if he is irritated by her or into her but just so laid back he's horizontal. Whatever, I'm confident she'll find love soon because i think she's come across very well. High maintenance, yes, sensible, no, but very very lovely, decent and genuine.

Just watched Lie Detector on cat h up. I have gone from Laura2 being my favourite girl, to thinking she is a complete cow! Why make her questiins about comparing with Laura1?? How nasty is that?! I am kind of glad that she is left hurting a bit. She expected to come out of that smug, with Laura1 as collaterel damage

Jack1 i think has potential to be abusive. He is great when its great. He is tetrible to have disagreements with. He DOESNT like being challenged at all does he?!

I've never fallen asleep while watching LI as often as I have this series. All the relationship chats are so full. I don't remember those in previous series. This one definitely feels more contrived.

All the drama from the lie detector test was really dull and unnecessary. These Pepe have only known each other forms few weeks; who, in any normal relationship, is planning a future after such a short time?? None of them will be tested as a couple until they are out in the real world.

Sorry to be so negative but I'm really disappointed this year.

I bloody love Laura 1. Always have, I honestly can’t believe how kind she is to girls that have completely mugged her off. I really do think she’d be a good friend. Just feel sorry for her and hope all these girls doing the dirty on her in the villa won’t have soured her at all re female friendships. She’s had a lot of trust broken.

The baby name thing was totally cringe- but you know what, it still doesn’t irritate me as much as other things, by other islanders in thefe.

I do like Jani to a degree but they are VERY staged ‘comical’ Definitley aware the cameras are on them IMO. Bit too chuckle brothers for my liking.

Everyone else is just meh. I feel sorry for Megan a bit as I do think she’s going to receive an awful lot of hate on the outside. I hope her and Wes last, but doubt it. I think once she gets out and becomes ‘famous’ she probably won’t be clinging onto their relationship so much anyway.

I think Jack1 was perfectly reasonable during the argument with Dani. I think she's a bit pathetic too. He was right, she didn't focus on positive things, she was worrying about something that hadn't happened. He was right to stand up to her.

I like Dani and jack1. But I did laugh when he asked what time her flight was.

Her saying she was going home was really childish and she was hunting that they were done. I liked that he didn't buckle and beg her not to or say something 'well fuck off, we are done'.

Imo he made it clear he thought she was being ridiculous.

I voted for Alex & Alex.

I like him. I can't help it. He's the person in there that's most like the 20-somethings that I know and I can completely identify with the awkwardness.

He hasn't been perfect, impossible when being filmed 24/7 over 8 weeks I would've thought, but I've found him less annoying than the others.

He seems to be a good friend, and it speaks volumes that he's so well liked in there. Even people like Ellie, who he had disagreements with, spoke quite highly of him.

I think I like Alexandra too, but she hasn't been there very long.

I like Laura too. I'm still disappointed Alex & Laura1 didn't get together, even as friends.

He may be both of those things. BUT, in addition to that, he employs a hefty dose of arrogance and superiority to deal with people when things don’t go his way. It’s his way or no way. He is also rude.

I would have thought listening skills would be pretty high on a modern doctor’s agenda but apparently he has not perfected that skill.

Just to say again that Jack1’s behaviour is a bit of a revelation when things don’t go his way. It’s like Jekyll and Hyde. Scary.

I have definitely seen Alex being arrogant, superior and rude at times.

Just less so than most of the others imo.

Alex1 and Laura1 come across as really nice people who are great friends to have and seem to always give sound advice (though don't take that on board themselves)

I think Alex1 is all too aware that he is a Dr and doesn't want to do anything to put that and his future in jeopardy. He also said the other night that he wouldn't be "doing bits" as he didn't want either him or Alex3 or their families to be embarrassed.

And am embarrassed myself, as I quite fancy Jack1 😳😳😳 and he really made me laugh with the "what time's your flight?" comment!

To me Jack1 is the most fanciable due to his personality.
And I agree that Alexandra is beautiful. Alex1 is punching way above his weight there.

I still love Alex and Alex and original Laura. I wish Alex1 liked Alex more or reassured her more though. I think they'd make a lovely couple but I guess you can't force someone to fancy you.

I've just had a baby girl so it's interesting seeing how insecure these girls are despite being attractive and (kind of) successful. Maybe the intense environment makes it a lot worse but they all make references to being cheated on or heartbroken so it's horrible to see how guys have treated them.

I think Kaz and Josh or Laura and Jack will leave.

Yes the insecurity in the girls is awful to watch, and something that the boys just don't seem to suffer from really. Or maybe they're just better at keeping it to themselves.

I can't imagine any of them sobbing like Laura2 was yesterday, over someone she's known for a few days.

They're all gorgeous so, if they've got a history of being made to feel 'not good enough' then I suspect they're going for the wrong type repeatedly.
