Jack1 was the standout last night. Creeping through the bedroom (he totally did the second one on purpose), and demonstrating his sales patter. He properly made me lol.

I don't get the layout really, but I think the only way back to the garden is through the bedroom. So he popped in to get something, got flustered and went through the other door, then only had one way back... Awkward!

Yeah the layout is really strange, I think you have to go through the bedroom to get from one side of the villa to the other, then it's down the stairs to go out the front or through the door to get to the garden.

That had me laughing too, especially when he after the second pass through he popped his head back round and asked if they needed anything 😂

The villa in seasons 1&2 was definitely better, and I agree with those who said early on the lack of the smoking area has definitely had an effect on things. That's where quite a lot happened and was said in the first few series.

Thought Ellie came accross very well and can completely understand why she felt that she'd got blamed unfairly for that argument. Even in the Aftersun footage they didn't show Georgia saying "I'll go for you!!"

It was on at the end of after sun last night. But they often edit it to look different from the actual show. It definitely showed him struggling to answer whether he would stay loyal on the outside! Hardly surprising given that he cheated on his girlfriend over 7 years

I thought Ellie said all the right things on aftersun (coached well?) and came across well, I thought it was weird how she got huffy and defensive when asked about Charlie's millions...all she needed to say was 'I fell for him before I knew he was rich, and he's the same person to me now that I know'

It's funny how different people see situations differently...I saw Ellie coming after Georgia (physically in her space and chased by her) people were restraining her from going after Georgia. Georgia looked upset and intimidated as she scuttled inside to get away from the confrontation and she turned and said 'Ellie, I'll come for you' over her shoulder (while running away) I saw that as her defending herself, trying to seem tough when she was actually scared....I didn't view Georgia as threatening or aggressive in that confrontation, just scared and intimidated.

Can you tell I'm not a fan of Ellie? Grin

Well they mean the same thing really don't they? Dictionary definition of 'ashamed' is 'embarrassed by one's actions'.

She should be embarrassed about being a shrill, attention-seeking liar who can't say a sentence without the words loyal, honest or boo in it.

Being embarrassed and being ashamed have very different connotations. They are NOT the same.

Embarrassment is a reaction caused by fear of being judged by other people as a wrong (or stupid) person. However. being ashamed is used for repenting about something you did, even when there is no one to see your fault.

Shame is a reaction caused by self-introspection of what a person did.
