I felt so sorry for Samira. I really hope one of the new guys pursues her from the off, without being drawn to anyone else (but I reckon it will be all about Megan and Georgia).

I think unfortunately, Georgia's ego will be boosted with her not being in the bottom 3, and she'll be reassured that her dreadfully machiavellian behaviour is fine.

I'm surprised nobody else clocked her saying "I feel better now!" after Laura told her that she had broken up with Jack. Talk about taking pleasure in someone else's pain!

Does anyone else think Dr Alex is gay?

Agree Georgia is using Sam, she will go for one of the new blokes. So will Laura.

Oh no, Samira is annoying me now ! I feel though this must be the direction as she is constantly used to 'ask a question' or promp another islander. It just seems like bad acting and false enthusiasm now

I missed the look on Josh’s face when he found out he was one of the least popular guys. But I am soooooooooooo glad he found himself there. Wake up call. All his eye rolling at Georgia and his crap antics in the tv room clearly put the public off.

Megan finds herself there every time. Wonder how that feels in her head?

All this talk about Alex and Laura. She rejected him at the start and not because she liked Wes more. She didn't even like wes but anyone was better than Alex. Laura didn't even start to like wes until she learned he spent £1000 on a date. (Not saying it wasn't genuine after but that was how it started).

Apparently one of the newbies has his eye on Kaz. Good.

I think if Alex was gay he would be touchy-feely with women and awkward with men. It would certainly be much more relaxed around women.

Idris apparently has his eye on Kaz, Samira and Georgia whilst Kieran is looking at Kaz and Megan.

The problem is that Laura does not fancy Alex one bit. Which is a shame as she is clearly intelligent and he has a lot of education and they could have proper chats.

She has a type though, and it's "fit bloke blokes". Her last proper boyfriend IRL was a personal trainer too I think.

I'm not saying she's 100% shallow..... But she's a bit shallow.

He funny thing is, Alex has a really nice body. But he may as well be a 9 stone puny weakling for all the girls notice. They're put off by his earnest awkwardness.

He is kind though, and nobody seems to give a shit about that, which is disheartening.

BTW I cast an eye over Idris's IG last night and he is very very very cute.

He is also sponsored up to the eyes. Let's see how much Reebok we can spot!

ITV have confirmed that they won't tell the villa if England reach the World Cup final. Apparently they don't know that England are even in the semi-final.

I think Georgia will be tempted by Idris. Poor bird man - he clearly has the massive hots for G but she is really not that bothered.

If Georgia is clever and playing the game she'll stick with Sam. It won't have gone unnoticed that all the new ones apart from jack were bottom.

I guess the new boys might tell the other villa-istas that England are in the semi-finals?

And yes, I’d love to see Laura and Alex get together. I think he’s the only guy in the villa who could probably offer her the stability and kindness she’s craving.

I don't think kaz will jump ship either. Georgia might though, she likes sam, but more as a friend I think, he is crazy about her though sigh.

I also don't think Alex is gay, he's just different to the other blokes. I suspect he quite fancies Laura.

Laura's problem is she is attracted to guys that are no good for her. She wants young fit and hot. I personally find it a bit cougarish if I'm honest. She doesn't show any interest in men approaching her own age. She may go after one of the new guys. If they have been watching the show then they probably won't bite, too much crazy/clingy/needy on display I think.

Blokes that age aren't often looking for marriage and babies, especially not on a reality tv show, so if she keeps going after Young fit guys she's going to struggle. Pulling them is one thing when you look like she does. Keeping them is another when you behave as she does.
