Hmm I disagree with name calling regardless and I think most posters here said that was out of order? I definitely think Laura was jealous of Megan in that moment but she had the good grace to apologise for the name calling.

I also think as someone who was a little partial to a row & mean words when younger that when you are pissed off (or pissed) & upset you say things to deliberate hurt that person. I would have called Megan a slag just like Laura even though I know it’s wrong) tbh I would have called her much worse particularly when she called Laura a piece of shit.

I think the situations between Laura and Megan and Ellie and Georgia really can't be compared. The reason Ellie appears to be jealous of Georgia is that she went completely crazy at Georgia when it was nothing to do with her at all.

From Laura's POV Megan went behind her back to take Wes off her when Laura had really liked Wes and the week before he was telling her that he was falling for her to be fair, she apologised right away for calling her a slag which was the right thing to do. But you can understand why she felt that vitriol in the moment. And the same really can't be said about Ellie.

I’m not meaning to defend Ellie, if I had said that I would apologise but I don’t use the c word anyway.

I agree with this. Laura getting angry at Megan is totally understandable. Ellie wading in and being the angriest in there at Georgia isn't understandable at all. The fact her reaction was so aggressive on a situation she wasn't involved in, and subsequently she used the words she did to attack Georgia, is what indicates jealousy.

I think it's also very telling that Megan clearly did a lot worse than Georgia, and Ellie knew, but she wasn't attacking Megan and calling her what she did. So it's about Georgia and it's personal for Ellie.

Obv I don’t know him
To say he’s shallow etc but he is put in with shallow people and he’s trying hard to get on their wavelength basically. He wants to talk travel & they talk hair! Doctors can be arrogant but not all are, but sometimes arrogance is good, you have to make tough decisions in A&E.
He just doesn’t fit in on the prog at all, am sure he’s much more ‘him’ on the outside.

I found it amusing that Georgia was the one who raised most male heartbeats. We might have expected it to be Megan. Think the guys like the combination of things that they see in Georgia.

Ellie was seen comforting Georgia when Josh walked out with Kiz, so I don't think she's always had a thing against her. Whether she's jealous or not, she used the word 'ugly' and that is her being deliberately spiteful attacking Georgia's looks, you just don't say that to another woman. Wish she would GTFO. New arrivals needed.

I wonder if Ellie used ugly in the sense she feels Georgia has an ugly personality as she feels she’s disloyal and annoying? Either way it was an over the top insult, but like others have said at 5am after lots of drinks it’s came out. It could be thrown around a lot in her circle of friends. I have friends that use it a lot and don’t think much of it. and to others it’s abhorrent. Im sure she regrets it as it’s gone down like a lead ballon. But also wonder if her pride and embarrassment stopped her apologising the next day.

Bottom line is Georgia is very, very annoying. Many of the HM find her annoying so the comment was part irritation with G’s two-faced disloyalty and part general annoyance.

I reckon someone else will have a go at G before the show is done for the same reason.

I expect Ellie used the word 'ugly' as the insult she knew would sting Georgia the most. Perhaps it is the insult that would sting her the most. She was pretty furious, it felt like a 'last straw' moment where all of her frustration came out. Mind you, although she was talking about Georgia to the group, Georgia was the first to angrily address her directly.

Regarding Alex : pp described him as 'shallow and self-centred'. Possibly true, but significantly less shallow and self-centred than the rest of them. And not sure how anyone can comment on how he's 'less clever than other doctors'- unless you've seen his exam results!

I don't think she is, she clearly has many good qualities. And Ellie has no idea if Georgia was disloyal or not, she wasn't there and didn't witness the kiss.

Agree Ellie as furious. The question is why? Even Laura wasn't furious.

I find Georgia annoying and I'm only seeing an hour of daily footage. Numerous contestants have referenced her being annoying, loud or immature.

I liked it when she slept outside to support another girl (can't remember who) and I felt sorry for her when Josh coupled up with Kaz, though her reaction was over the top and somewhat hypocritical given how she then went after Jack2 and expected Laura to be ok with it.

I think my drama has been surrounded by what Ellie said than the fact Georgia kissed a guy who her mate liked and then lied.

Yes Ellie was out of order, but it was a heated argument, I don't think she realised what she said after she said it.

Dr Alex- i just dont think that Grace got his dry sense of humour. I bet he's hilarious, the rest have said a few times how funny he is. we need so see more! bloody editing

That's. The thing though, they don't know Georgia lied, they haven't seen what we have seen, all they know is she said a mutual peck, jack said it was a peck but it was her and she went for the lips, wes said it was mutual, none of them know.

And quite honestly, in that moment Georgia may actually have thought it was mutual, it was a split second and she'd drunk some prosecco and was likely a bit fiddly . She might actually have interpreted it as mutual.

I did think that Georgia did genuinely think he tried to kiss her. It seems he went to kiss her on the cheek, she thought he was going for a kiss so he ended up kissing the edge of her lips and then she grabbed him. It could well be a misunderstanding. Either way, Georgia did kiss him knowing one of her closest mates in the villa, liked him.
The fight with Ellie will no doubt be really edited. I bet Georgia shouted her mouth off.

So you don’t find her annoying many people do.

She went on a date with her mate’s guy and lied about it. Ellie doesn’t know the extent to which she lied but she quite rightly didn’t believe G’s version and pointed out that claiming to be loyal doesn’t make you so.

Laura didn’t believe G’s version either she believed Jack, she was right too.
