I think I like Andy the pundit much more than I like him as a player ( I don't like him as a player, his muttering gets on my nerves)Grin.

He's a good double act with Tim.

PrivateParkin · 11/07/2018 16:09

Andy's great. His pundit clothes are a bit "chat show host" though Grin

Raahh · 11/07/2018 16:10

Yes, he did look a bit like he'd taken tips from AC Grin

Not enough hair to go bouffant though Grin

Raahh · 11/07/2018 16:14

I'm enjoying Andy- I love a good statGrin(I did know the second serve one thoughGrin).

whatnextfred · 11/07/2018 16:22

"I was expecting a bigger margin" 😁

JaneJeffer · 11/07/2018 16:22

Anderson might not get out of there alive if the Fed fans get their hands on him Grin

come on Roger !

BagelGoesWalking · 11/07/2018 16:29

Friend unexpectedly dropped in at the beginning of Djoko!! Aaah, lovely to see her but will do a bit of catch up later so just going Fed match now. Cor, 5th set! He hasn't had one of those for a while. They're rattling thru it very quickly. I like Anderson though, a more interesting game than just the big serves.

Massive catch up later.

PrivateParkin · 11/07/2018 16:31

Yes - I reckon Anderson has added a fair amount to his game - he's had some good results (but not today pls Kev)

JaneJeffer · 11/07/2018 16:31

Anderson is making Federer run back and forth on the baseline. I think he's trying to wear him out.

OP posts:
JaneJeffer · 11/07/2018 16:32

I just can't see Anderson winning it.

bookbook · 11/07/2018 16:32

darn it

bookbook · 11/07/2018 16:33

I feel as if he could , more due to Rogers unforced errors in truth

PrivateParkin · 11/07/2018 16:34

Oh hell's bells - the in-laws have v generously offered to take us out for dinner. What's a polite way to say "thanks but I'm watching tennis"??? What's with all these lunches, dinners, friends dropping round etc? Don't they know it's men's quarter finals day?? Arggghhh!!!

JaneJeffer · 11/07/2018 16:35

I also had people drop around earlier. Leave me alone!

oh no Private - for the first time in years I don't have to feed my family on Sunday , and Saturday is free too!

JaneJeffer · 11/07/2018 16:35

Tell them it will be full of football hooligans!

OP posts:
PrivateParkin · 11/07/2018 16:36

book good move!!

Raahh · 11/07/2018 16:36

privateGrin

PrivateParkin · 11/07/2018 16:37

Jane good point! Surely a nice takeaway at home will be much better?!...

Raahh · 11/07/2018 16:37

I'm not feeding my family on Sunday.

I haven't told them that yet. Grin

JaneJeffer · 11/07/2018 16:37

Plus my house in n a right state thanks to Wimbledon Blush

PrivateParkin · 11/07/2018 16:39

Rafa looks like he's just hopped out of a swimming pool already.

bookbook · 11/07/2018 16:39

I have simmering gooseberries on the hob - it will turn into jam all by itself if this match doesn't finish soon

Raahh · 11/07/2018 16:40

Jane my house is in a right state all year around. I try to keep on top of it, but if nobody else does, I get to the point of 'sod it'.

Lately , there have been a lot of 'sod it' moments as I've too much going on to care Grin.
