So, any teenagers from the 90s going to be doing a rewatch?

I’m a couple of episodes in and some of it has dated quite badly. I remember Pacey and the teacher being quite cute when I was a dumb teenager, now it just looks creepy. Dawson asking his dad for kissing advice. What is that all about? I had also forgotten that Grams played Jackie in the Good Wife.

I wish the original theme tune was still on here. It’s the best part of the show!

Dawson is rather awful at some points isn’t he? Reminds me a bit of Ross from Friends...

Eww yeah he’s definitely a bit Ross. He has the nice guy vibe and seems to think he owns Joey when she dares to date other people.

I recommend people watch Don’t Trust the Bitch in Apt 23 on Netflix. James Van Der Beek plays a sort of crazy version of himself and is always taking the piss out of the show!

Oh I’ve not heard of that, will look it up.

The Affair starts again on June 26th for any JJ fans.

I'm really not enjoying it secind time round. They are all just so earnest, they really annoy me.
And Pacey and the teacher is just ridiculous. I didn't find it ridiculous when I was a kid but it is now.
Not sure I'm going to watch any more past season 1. Does it get better, I can't remember.

I would just jump to the Pacey- Joey storyline.
In my memory the build-up was lovely. And when he kisses her for the first time... swoon.

I struggled with season 1, liked season 2 and loved season 3!

The build up to Pacey/Joey is just lovely. When he kisses her... when she kisses him...

I always think the chemistry between those two actors (Katie Holmes and Joshua Jackson) and the fact that they dated in real life is why that story line works so much better than the Dawson/Joey. What do others think?

I didn’t know they dated in real life. They do have good chemistry.

Some of this has dated so badly. The Blair witch episode! Haha.

I can't find ot on virgin catch up. Seems limited what's on there dammit. Love a bit of nostalgia.

I like how Jen saw Abbey die horribly in a drunken pier accident, yet they never mention her again, and a few episodes later they’re getting drunk on a pier again! She didn’t seem very traumatised by her experience.

Dawson is so much more annoying this time round. You don’t own Joey, you jerk.

I got through it! To be honest though, I skipped massive parts of seasons 5 and 6 because it got really boring just seeing them getting random new boyfriends and girlfriends, then breaking up, then getting back together...

But I thought the ending was pretty brave. It wasn’t all smiles and sunshine, and I like that they didn’t force Joey and Dawson together at the last minute.

I can remember rewatching it in about 2007 start to finish. Found Dawson to be a Pratt even then, and took me ages to get back in to it because of their lengthy monologues. Think it was My love of Pacey that got me through
