Carl murdered Tom - Jimmy knew, Matthew didn't. They have gotten away with it it seems so far.

That vet flipped his lid with louise and tried to kill her, nurses tried to stop him and he assaulted them too, but has been caught and banged up.

Carl said he didn't mean to kill Tom, he was just wound up and had been arguing about the fact that Tom had tried to pay Chas to call it off with him, he hit him and Tom fell out of the window. IIRC

Bob hasn't come back yet as his brother is acting as go between and is not passing on the correct info to each of them as he is trying to get Viv for himself.
