Final episode on now.....

AmIthatbloodycold · 17/05/2018 21:20

I'm loving this

I hope it doesn't turn out to be David after all

Quite similar premise to the last series of Shetland

calzone · 17/05/2018 21:30

Oh me too......I would be utterly gutted.

I want a good drama with a baddy at the end.

Have you watched Safe on Netflix?

Bexter801 · 17/05/2018 21:53

@TwitterQueen1 I don't know,just a hunch,but have it recording,wine chilling 🙂 cannot wait!

pinkgirl1234 · 17/05/2018 21:56

There's some confusion here folks.
Part 4 is on tonight

Oh I didn't realise it was made as a four-parter. It showed here (NZ) in two "feature-length" parts which was great.

Quite similar premise to the last series of Shetland

Ooh that sounds good. The latest series of Shetland has just started here. They've shown two episodes so far but I'm recording them to binge watch once I've got them all. I'm looking forward to it.

Good call Bexter

Heratnumber7 · 17/05/2018 22:02

I flipping knew it was him, right from the start.

pinkgirl1234 · 17/05/2018 22:03

I find Lee Ingleby quite appealing. Not sure why. I just do. Grin

pinkgirl1234 · 17/05/2018 22:04

Clever people who got it. I had no idea!

SavageBeauty73 · 17/05/2018 22:05

A proper ending! I loved it.

AmIthatbloodycold · 17/05/2018 22:14

I loved the ending. What a big man he was.

calzone · 17/05/2018 22:16

The ending gave me goosebumps......

That was really really good.

TwitterQueen1 · 17/05/2018 22:23

Fab drama! Really well done - great visuals, plot, twists, and excellent acting. Satisfying ending too. I also liked it being on 4 successive nights.

theliverpoolone · 17/05/2018 22:25

I agree. There have been too many series recently with unsatisfactory endings where the killer got away with it, or just complete implausibility. This one was easy to follow and justice was finally done - albeit leaving the family with some complex bridges to rebuild. Really enjoyed it.

CoolCarrie · 17/05/2018 22:26

Who did it? I forgot it was on tonight as we are a hour ahead

pinkgirl1234 · 17/05/2018 22:29

At first I thought it might be David after all. I was so pleased it wasn't.

The ending gave me goosebumps......
Me too!

I've been reading about Safe. I hope I can see it some time.

DoryNow · 17/05/2018 22:37

pinkgirl worth a look at Safe, it was v good & like this, loads of faces ( one of whom was in this) & several plot twists.

pinkgirl1234 · 17/05/2018 22:54

Thanks DoryNow Smile

pinkgirl1234 · 17/05/2018 23:49

I thought "I bet it's Nigel Lindsay". I checked on IMDB and indeed it was.

I should get a prize. Grin

Bexter801 · 18/05/2018 01:55

Awh @TwitterQueen1 that surely deserves a well done 😀 I knew it!

TeisanLap · 18/05/2018 04:24

There doesn’t seem much point in anyone watching the last episode now if like me they couldn’t watch it last night.

pinkgirl1234 · 18/05/2018 08:18

Oh fuck. Sorry TeisanLap.

It was your thread too. Sad Sad

TeisanLap · 18/05/2018 10:35

It’s nothing to do with who started the thread but everything to do with using common sense and not posting the outcome.

TeisanLap · 18/05/2018 10:41

I’m Sorry that sounded grumpier than I intended.

But then again who goes on social media specifically a thread about a programme that has had the final episode screened if they haven't seen the final episode!
