I'm starting a thread for those of us watching Season 2 and who want to discuss ahead of its screening in the UK.

So far I've watched the first 3 episodes.

God the 1st episode was grim.

Ok I've been thinking about this. If I thought there's a chance, when I got to Canada, that I could get them back, then I would. If I didn't, I couldn't. That said, June has no idea where Hannah is and either Hannah or June could potentially be moved to Mexico if last seasons proposal worked out.

I was also thinking, if this actually happened tomorrow, I'd probably never find DD, as she's a baby and I'd have no idea what she'd look like in a few years, and she'd forget about me

It suggests that Nick will still be alive in the last episode for a "lovely" scene, which relieves me!

It's quite an elaborate way of killing someone compared to the usual shoot the man or woman to the colonies/ handmaid, so I'm imagining it must be a particularly serious "crime".
Eg when the wife was adulterous she was sent to the colonies.
So I'm wondering if this is something more serious than adultery? Or something that particularly angered a Commander who took a special interest in arranging a particularly awful death?
On the other hand there are other weights at the bottom of the pool so presumably others have been drowned before this way.
Has anyone read the true Saudi book Princess, true stories of high ranking women in Saudi Arabia? Horrific reading. One woman is drowned in the swimming pool for 'immoral behaviour' at her Father's instruction.
I'm also thinking that so far I've only seen the wives wearing white dresses when they are pretending to birth. Although I can't imagine they will kill Serena off.

Thank you hopelessleydevoted - I've been really worried about Nick!!! Sad though it is to say, I wouldn't be sorry to see the departure of Isaac and Eden. Vile pair.

I looked on Reddit and there is a lot of speculation about who is in the pool. But essentially nobody knows.

Just caught up. You have to say, the acting by SJ and Aunt is superb. How do they make you feel sorry for such despicable characters? Torn between reading spoilers or watching episodes fresh. Less traumatic after an idea of what’s going to happen.

I reckon its Nick and Eden in the pool Nick is bound to get caught out as a spy soon

Nick is losing it! He is being stupid, therefore I think it is him and simple Eden for the chop!

Nick is in the final episode of the series. It ain't him.

I hate Eden she's drippy and needy and very dim. I know she has been brainwashed to be that way but her character grates on me massively

Sometimes I hate this show for what it does to poor June. Heartbreaking.

Just goes to show that Serena's only concern thus far is herself and her sick wish for a baby. Any baby. Even a violently stolen one.

Fucking hell

I'm not going to watch the trailer (yet). I always say that and usually manage to keep my resolve until Monday night! I'm going to be squinting out the corner of my eyes at posts on this thread so I can zip past them if I see the start of a spoiler.

It's mainly because the episodes always leave so many possible ways for storyline to go and I like to have a few days (or a week) to think about what might happen or what I want to happen before I watch the episode and say "Whaaattt?? I didn't see that coming!!".

I have a horrible feelings June’s going to lose the baby it seemed some violent to do that to another human.
