Max and the car lot. Eastenders

So Phil gave Jay the lot. Jay sold it to the wilmot brown people. How has max landed it then? Surely if he’s skint he should just sell it? Jay got £200k for it as a quick deal and it was valued at £300k otherwise. Completely lost!

Max ended up with a bunch of the deeds to properties when things went down with the Wilmot I'm pretty sure although think he chucked bunch of papers when mad. Think he posted couple through doors 🤔🤔 so people got some back that way, trying to think who now though 😵
Didn't Beale sell them his chippy? He's back running that though now so that could have been one returned. So thinking he kept deeds to car lot for himself?

Everyone in Eastenders always randomly ends up with the car lot at some point. The laundrette never changes hands for decades, the Vic is always some prized pub that people vow never to let go of and then lose in a dodgy deal or it burns down (again)... but the car lot is bounced around ridiculously (and never actually sells a car or does any business whatsoever).
