Was it just me or was the woman from Ireland singing completely flat/out of tune?

No, but it might just be different tastes. I can't stand the likes of Girlsaloud and that's who the Russians sounded like, and I love Swing, which is what the German entry was.
And yes the Irish lass was not hitting bum notes and generally signing in the wrong key her timing was off as well.

I meant she was hitting the wrong notes.

But we agree on Hungary and Sweden furry! Not a swing fan here, so I'll let you off on that one .

Downloaded Hungary and Switzerland (great song, but Western Europe, so didn't make it through semi-finals) from i-tunes today! Am trying to resist buying the album this year, so they will help ease the withdrawal!
