and it's really really good.

Obviously I know it's not going to last. Can anyone remember at what point it got shit? I think I'm just going to stop it there and make up my own ending.

I agree that it is a masterclass in good drama turning to excrement, the first episode particularly was great.
There was all that watercooler talk about people pausing it and seeing polar bears and monsters...that added to the fun of the first series.
But then we were all hypnotised by Sawyer and kept watching despite the direness. Is that a word?!
Nobody should go back to Lost, so we need to stage an intervention and help the OP!

Yes it was really good (couple dodgy seasons too) which is why I felt so cheated after investing all that time.

It still makes me bitter so no way it'd get my time again (even with Sawyer and Sayid to look at).

If the Walking Dead or GOT goes the same way then I'll go back to watching something more plausible like Dallas (ah...now i know where it all began).

I stopped after the first season, I think, because I'd read somewhere that the creators didn't have a plan and were winging it. I couldn't be arsed.

I stopped watching it when it went off normal TV.

I loved it initially and then it just got too bloody silly. And the ending is the most disappointing ending of anything ever.

Sawyer though. And Sayid.

Couldn’t watch again, no way. Not even for Sawyer. Said gorgeous too but couldn’t fancy him given his violent torturer background.

Aaargh - if watched back to back it would take 2 whole week's to watch the entire series of lost. That is two weeks of your life you can never get back!!! (Yes I am still bitter about the rubbish ending) Don't do it to yourself twice.

Haha we are currently up to season 3. My wife tried to get me into it when we first met but I got bored by season 4 so I'm hoping I'll enjoy it this time round.

Clearly I loved lost.
I loved Sawyer, Jack and Jin. The last 2 episodes were fantastic. Where they all meet up and realise they know each other.
I balled my eyes out.
But i hated it at times. I mean how dare they kill off the good characters!

I love lost! Season 3 was the low point for me, the end of the season was good and I think it stayed good until the end.

I liked it but it did go a bit bonkers with the whole moving the island.. Time travel and this and that. Did rewatch a while ago and forgot how normal ish it started out.

Did oddly like the ending though. Found it a bit cute.. Ish
