I googled - and Emma is 57. Jimmi/Adrian is 45, I think.

Jimmi's love interest stories are always really very dull, though. And they never end well

Blimey Emma Sams, took a while before I realised, the voice and the strange mouth movements gave it away. She looks very different now.

Before my time, I started watching in the Cherry era.

Toddler had phone during Doctors so I couldn't join in the commentating Mandy has had way too many fillers and Botox. Odd.

Mind you the continuity between 2 shoots wasn't so good

Valerie necklace (at the mill) at beginning was bugging me cos it was sort of in and out of her collar

Then all of a sudden it was placed properly, so obviously next day shooting

Emmerdale Farm used to be great at continuity - if someone got married their family members would come back for the wedding. No idea if it still is as I left in a huff when they killed off Archie.

I loved Donna. But I really like the actress, she's very funny.

It's not the first time they have dredged up one of Jimmi's exes though is it? They brought back Eva from the dead before he married Cherry. I think they like to make him seem more interesting than he is.

Hollyoaks is good at continuity stuff too- recently they have revisited really old storylines (as well as bringing back characters from yonks ago- including the actress who was also half of the swinging couple in Doctors ).

Neighbours has revisited old plot lines and characters recently too, but they totally changed one, altering history. I forgive them though because they were very nifty at using old footage to fit their history re-write.

I loved Donna in Horrible Histories too. She is brilliant.

Eva was annoying. Almost as annoying as Cherry. Jimmi doesn't have good taste in women, but then he is not exactly a catch himself.

Jimmi looks like a hedgehog. And then there was that really annoying Heather(?) was it- the one who was pregnant not long ago- that he was willing to give up everything for? She was bat shit.

And very irritating.

It's time they found Al a proper love interest- and not just a comedy type sci fi loving, real ale drinker. I liked the vicar. I live in hope she will one day move to Letherbridge.

I'd forgotten about her.

Oh the vicar would be perfect for Al. She should transfer to St Bernadette's. Mrs T would approve. Failing that I'm willing to move to Letherbridge to be Al's love interest, with the added bonus I would be able to get a GP appointment whenever I fancied it.

The Mill's appointment system is amazing.

They do seem to have forgotten about the evening surgery thing though...
