I did a sleep apnea sleep test, very difficult to sleep all wired up

I had to use so much sticky tape to make sure the sensors didn't come away otherwise I would have to do it again

Luckily it stayed in place and it worked

No sleep apnea

Amongst the many, many things I worry myself about, I always worry about if I ever need to go to the hospital in an emergency. I don't own a single pair of reasonable pyjamas. Even though my mother buys me new ones every Christmas (at my request)- I wear them a lot , and they end up so tatty .

I bet Val ends up sleeping for hours.
