Help! The thread ran out on me!

Gobbyplod will start flashbacks again now.
That was a quick refit !

blamethecat · 23/04/2018 14:01

Wonder if they will stop fostering now?

blamethecat · 23/04/2018 14:09

Rubbish acting today. Rubbish story.
Should've stayed in the kitchen !

FuzzyCustard · 23/04/2018 15:23

Plot summary required please!

blamethecat · 23/04/2018 15:35

Well I missed the action at the start but a bloke bashed another bloke on the head claiming his daughter was threatened but he ran away initially then came back ? The daughter was in a wheelchair after a car accident the mum was killed in. She told her dad she wished it was him who had died.
The gobbies new foster child was fixing the car but the Jack collapsed squishing him. He's ok but gobbyplod had a panic attack. Foster child doesn't like being touched.
It was crap.

FuzzyCustard · 23/04/2018 15:48

The foster child was fixing the car? If I thought foster children were that useful even I might consider one. Not.

blamethecat · 23/04/2018 16:47

No idea why. Clearly the first 5 minutes were crucial today.

FuzzyCustard · 23/04/2018 18:41

I shall miss it tomorrow too. I'll never catch up. :(

Raahh · 23/04/2018 19:57

I missed today's as I had a rl day at the local hospital- a 5 hour appointment because of dd2's ongoing constipation issues (yet another enema). And she wouldn't let me watch Doctors. Grin.

I will catch up at some point. Or maybe I will just be a rebel and skip one. Grin.

You won't have missed much! As soon as the kid started tinkering with the car and found a jack it was pretty obvious what plot of the day was. Where was his sw while he was in hospital? Also missed first few minutes and didn't feel it was that important to the episode!

Raahh · 24/04/2018 13:47

Well, I've not watched yesterday, so today had better be good.

Don't listen to Daniel. His ideas are usually shit. And why should his idea carry more weight than others?? big headed sod.

OP posts:
Raahh · 24/04/2018 13:49

Another one Casualty!

And Granny Island from Katie Morag! (I watch too much tv) Grin

Raahh · 24/04/2018 13:50

She was in Trainspotting too, many years ago.

Creepy foster kid.

OP posts:
redshoeblueshoe · 24/04/2018 13:52

The next door neighbour is a bit useless

Raahh · 24/04/2018 13:52

I have gleaned from your comments ,that he hurt himself fixing the car?

Are we any closer to finding out if his previous placements were iffy?

Busy? Don't be daft Heston.

OP posts:
redshoeblueshoe · 24/04/2018 13:53

Did I mention that I love Al

Raahh · 24/04/2018 13:53

She is taking them on holiday!

Or another course!

or buying a dog!

Or some other crap idea...Grin

OP posts:
Raahh · 24/04/2018 13:53

Without Al, the programme would be even crapper than it is Grin

OP posts:
Raahh · 24/04/2018 13:54

£3000??

She made it sound like it was millions.

Or is that £3000 after they have fixed the campus?

OP posts:
Raahh · 24/04/2018 13:55

They need a practice pet.

A parrot. Can you imagine the comedy potential?

OP posts:
redshoeblueshoe · 24/04/2018 13:55

I can't decide if the foster child is weird or just the product of long term care.
£3k is nothing
Val !

redshoeblueshoe · 24/04/2018 13:56

A parrot that's an excellent idea. Just email Mrs T

Raahh · 24/04/2018 13:56

I wish someone would come an clean for me.

This neighbour was annoying, when she was in Casualty.
And she's using Janet as a mother substitute.

OP posts:
SubtitlesOn · 24/04/2018 13:57

She is an adopted DD found her BIRTH mum moved next door but not told her

OR she didn't help her mum enough so is displacing her needs to old woman

Raahh · 24/04/2018 13:58

I mean , don't get me wrong, £3000 would feel like millions to me at the moment, but in the context of the Mill. Grin.

I really want them to get a parrot.

I used to go to a hairdresser , many years ago, pre-dc when I actually got my hair doneGrin and they had a parrot. It was a really sweary parrot. The owner claimed it was actually Turkish. I still think it was actually swearing.
