Why do they need another receptionist? Where is Karen? Where is Val? Where are the patients? (Can they send a spare to my GP surgery...15 mins this morning just trying to get through to the repeat prescription line)

Fuzzy I think she's just a temp, as Gobby and Val were both on the course.

But... it doesn't explain who is usually the receptionist at the campus/Mill when both Val and Gobby are in the same surgery .

We have to order our prescriptions online. Which is fine... for the adults in the family. But - dd2 needs repeat medication, and you can't have an online thing for her, and you can't ring up and order over the phone for her either . I am supposed to go in and order it in person. And then go back and pick it up. For bloody movicol , ffs. We're not talking morphine! (Except I don't anymore, because too many parents have complained this is a stupid system, and my doctor has agreed I can ring up- especially as they will only give me a weeks worth at a time . And she currently needs this indefinitely Argggghh !).

And breathe.

We can order ours online...but only if you go into the surgery first to get your user name and password! (I though the idea of passwords was that they were secret?)
Also our surgery has just been taken over by another one, so the website only applies to the takeover lot. Hopeless!
