I loved this when it first aired & have been rewatching S1-4 on Netflix. I only found out yesterday that S5 starts on BBC2 next week!

Carol & Beverley are my favourite characters. I'd love to go hiking with them.

Circa November time last year I read there was a new (and final) series but that there were currently no plans for a UK air date so I thought it wasn’t happening and found it to watch online. It’s a great series, and a good ending. You’re in for a treat.

Was watching that crap singing thing earlier and was saying to DH I’d rather be watching The Box

DS says he would totally watch a series of The Box.

I’ve just watched this on iplayer and I wasn’t disappointed. That box show is definitely going to be a thing in the future.

Caught up with Friday's episode last night. Brilliant! Matt is really good at playing Matt isn't he?

Us! We have just discovered it on Netflix and have watched the first series really enjoying it Matt le Blane is fab and is a good egg for playing a character who is basically a piss take of himself !

I love Beverly's wardrobe too- she is very good with her colours !

Commented on this thread a couple of weeks ago as I watched this along with the American broadcast last year. However just tuned in to episode three and feeling like something is really off with Stephen Mangan.

It’s been bugging me for ten minutes and I now realise it’s because last month I watched Bliss, the Sky One “dramady” that I wasted six weeks of my life on and starred Stephen Mangan. Well, this series of Episodes must have been filmed about six years earlier than Bliss because Mangan looks probably a decade younger. His hair is blacker, his skin is smoother and dewier..... it’s frankly bizarre. It’s like I’m watching Stephen Mangan of Green Wing days acting in a time travel sitcom with Matt Le Blanc.

Just watched ....won't spoil in case others have yet to watch but v good...and you gotta love a drama-llama!

I just discovered this show. I'm on season 3. This is a very well-written show. Love all the characters!

Matt Le Blanc is seriously hot in this show!
