@mummabubs I said the same to DH! My mum used to destroy my stuff when she was angry with me so I hate seeing things smashed up... But those items looked perfectly useable?! She said how she'd practically lost £2000 and then threw those items in a skip lol

That sounds horrible @BirthdayKake, I can see why you'd have found that even harder to see. Part of it with me is that we are currently clearing out our home (thank you Marie Kondo!) but I'd found it hard to just get rid of things so kept loads of furniture and stuff that we never have and never will use- I've been advertising it all for free and feeling happy that someone will at least get use from our bits and bobs! I even had a lady thank me for giving her our sofa as she'd just moved into a flat and had no money for furniture at all, including a bed so had been sleeping on the floor but was now going to use our sofa instead! Doing this wouldn't have given Sassi any of her £2000 back but it would have surely been a better solution!!

I cried watching Megan's son talking about his nanna (I'm a relatively new mum so that hit me harder than I'd have expected).

Did Sassi give up council accommodation for a private let? By the sound of things her mums house is going to be bursting at the seams now.

I didn't find it distressing to watch, Sassi is a young single mum juggling a job, being freshly dumped and suddenly homeless. In all the stress and rush of having to be out the house on a deadline I don't blame her if charity didn't cross her mind. I've seen how hard it is to give stuff away for free sometimes on Freecycle. People more often than not don't get back to you, or ask for petrol money or expect you to drop off. Not everyone has time for that.

Hmm that's true @BlancheM. I've been in a very similar situation to Sassi, but I can drive so I took pretty much everything to the charity shop.

At the end of last series Shannon took a pregnancy test and thought there was a line. Im assuming she is either not pregnant or its too early to say when they filmwd. Or have I missed it? Just seems to have not been mentioned.

Shannon said on her IG stories that she used a Clearblue and it was at the time there was a faulty batch so there was 2 lines but it was a false positive so wasn't pregnant afterall.

I like the way the girls are real in the way there houses are and they show this. Paint coming off walls walls half painted crumbs under the sofa cushions clothes all over try floor in the rooms like this is real life.
Even though the storylines are made up I still watch.
Does anyone think that the sassi and Darren storyline is fake about him moving out I think the landlord probably sold the house or something and they made it up I could be wrong I feel it’s something to do with that.
Jordan can’t act it’s hilarious they are making a storyline that’s he’s maybe depressed.

I dont think the stories are made up.

The real life you describe isnt everyone's real life nor do i necessarily think its a true reflection of the girls' lives.

Because there always seems to be a drama a break up cheating claims etc

Dd and I watch this as our guilty pleasure- and she also can see what a fab job of being a teen parent she is actually doing. Shame all the years she watched teen mom (USA) didn’t manage to actually stop her getting pregnant at 17 herself!!

I re-wound when Darren arrived with his DD, he wasn't carrying his helmet so probably had left moped at the house. All that shouting infront of that wee girl is disgusting! I hope they don't carry on like this for years.

Yeah Charlie looking at £385,000 houses when he is so young and has just changed jobs was a bit . I'm nearly 40, married and I couldn't afford that. Shannon would be nuts to give up her flat to move in with him right now.

I’m confused on yesterday episodes. The bf dropped off zanaya and then left riding a scooter? I doubt he would of been carrying her in the scooter so the show is probably fake!

@Em2122 maybe I'm stupid but I really, really don't believe it's fake. I was a teen mum and tbh, a pretty rubbish one where men were involved. Maybe not as bad as these lot at times but some people do live like this! The moped thing IS weird though.

He picked her up in a taxi the night she was making her mum a special dinner.

I don't think these arguments are fake either, I have a young couple in my street that sound just like Sassi and Darren.
