So what did we think of Wife Swap tonight?

Another riveting episode. I thought Michelle and Paul were a disgrace. She had all these high and mighty opinions of herself, yet she and Paul openly smoke dope around their kids and leave the dope where the kids could get to it! WTF? The cans of Red Stripe said it all really. What was with all Michelle's 'me time' too? There wasn't really anything other time as far as I could make out. Her kids did everything around the house.

The other couple (can't remember their names now) were a bit more likeable, although he was a lazy sod. I actually had to agree with Michelle when she said he was using his diagnosis of Cancer as an excuse not to work. He was able bodied and could have been holding down a job which involved light duties only.

What did anyone else think? Oh, puppies at the end, V. cute. On that subject, what about the dog poo in the blonde woman's house? The kids came in to meet Michelle and trod it all over the carpet! Gross.

I missed this coz it clashes with summat DH is keen to watch. Love WS.

Both families had good ideas. Cannabis smoking family had routine which is good but they didn't spend enough quality time with their kids. Whereas dog poo family went on days out together but the kids walked all over their parents.

I agree Daisy - I don't think either family was particularly 'worse' than the other it was nice to see that both families took things from it and changed

Was horrified at the end when she named her three puppies after the other family's children becuase they were black - wtf i would have been VERY pissed off if I'd been the other mum.

Yeh that was a bot below the belt. Her DH was a right wet weekend. I wanted to shake him!

But was it because they were black though? I got the impression that she just named them after the children as a reminder of her time with them or something like that. I do however think that the Cannabis family were worse than the other family, at the end of the day, all she was doing wrong was not being tough enough on the children - or her DH for that matter. I just found the cannabis family's behaviour with regards to the cannabis and alcohol inexcusable. (sp) Agree that they both leatnt form the experience though, although the blonde haired woman didn't seem to want to continue with the kids doing chores. When she got home she said "I'll be back to doing everything from tomorrow."

MP, she said "i'm not allowed to say coloured, they are black like my puppies so I'm calling my puppies A B &C" or similar
