I actually enjoyed watching Cheryl this evening - Daniel is such a great partner. She absolutely had to go, she was by far the weakest skater, but you could see they were making the most of the skate off.

Jake is promising but he's not going to be a superstar like Ray!

The overall standard isn't bad at all at the top end. Hoping to see more progress over the next few weeks.

The "good a few seasons ago" was Hayley Armageddon (not her real surnam, which I can't remember,, but similar!)

It's Hayley Tamaddon but Armageddon is SO much better

I've chucked dinner in the oven so I can watch some Olympics - snowboarding now. Amazing!

I won't be watching again tonight I don't think. I've had a very stressful week and its all caught up with me and I've got some sort of virus and can barely get out of bed. Currently trying to shovel some sort of sustenance down my throat so that I don't make myself sick. I will be missing you all, and I'll leave some Hotel Chocolat batons here to say sorry
