Wanted one of the actors to give the poor mite some milk or something.

But I do think that by stating that the baby's guardian was there at all times and had could have stepped in at anytime just upholds what LTH was saying??anything for a quick buck..

I just got a similar reply, I'm pleased they're taking the scene out.

Hardly ever watch EE and never watch the omnibus but I might this time to make sure they do take out the scene.

Very true ValnBen about the "quick buck".

Thats wierd, I've just had a standard reply saying that they received my complaint, nothing at all about the actual programme. Just that they will reply when they have looked into my complaint.

I had to leave the room and couldn't listen as it was obviously not dubbed on crying. Neither me nor DH could EVER remember our son crying like that when he was younger, and boy did he cry! I know it has been said already but I am glad I wasn't the only one who felt like this!

PanicPants · 25/04/2007 19:28

Had my reply today, same as everyone elses. I'm guessing they must have had a lot of complaints judging by the time it's taken to email me back.

I bet it's on Points Of View at the w/end

Whoooosh · 25/04/2007 19:38

Any views from the moggelers?

AitchTwoOh · 25/04/2007 19:42

i noticed this too, it was really upsetting. i think it's part of a general trend, though, i also noticed a baby crying for an upsettingly long time on that stoopid channel five medical thing, the one with all the pouty women and mcdreamy. the production will think it's more real... wankers.
well done to whoever complained. and bollocks to the mother who didn't step in...

Just seen this thread. Its been bothering me since I saw the episode. poor baby. He would have been happier on shoulder like someone here suggested or even better if they'd stopped filming. Usually when they need a crying baby they use a dolly or a happy baby and dub on the crying.

Is it to late to complain?

princessmel · 26/04/2007 08:33

well I've sent my complaint in anyway.

AitchTwoOh · 26/04/2007 10:58

good for you. what were they thinking?
