So what are you planning to watch over Christmas?

I tend to Sky+ and binge watch atsome point in the hols.
Tv not usually watched on Christmas day/boxing day
What are your plans?

I’ve not got a planner yet but Strictly and Victoria for sure.

Corrie and Eastenders too. Not sure what else is on.

The Victoria wood special, A Christmas carol goes wrong and elf the musical.
Not much else appeals so I’m saving the crown series 2 to watch.

Doctor Who. That is all. I've got the in-laws visiting for a week, a birthday party, and a Hogmanay party to organise. Roll on the 13th Jan, think everything is over by then and I'm going to spend the day in bed.

ive heard quite a few boxsets have been put on bbc i player (Gavin & Stacey, line of duty, happy valley) so will probably rewatch them all

Re The Miniaturist - I thought it sounded good, but then I heard "if you loved the Essex Serpent, you'll love this". I was bitterly disappointed in the Essex Serpent...but then again that was compared to some books that I liked so....not sure.

is it being used to replace the Christmas Christie - probably not because that would have been BBC1?

I've yet to get a Christmas Radio Times so not really sure what's on. It's usually the little gems tucked away in BBC 2 that are the best bits.

I would pay £14.50 for the Radio Times. It’s the one and only TV guide I ever buy and only at Christmas.
