I’ve not got a planner yet but Strictly and Victoria for sure.

Corrie and Eastenders too. Not sure what else is on.

WhatCanIDoNowPlease · 17/12/2017 09:43

My radio times hasn't arrived yet :(

Taffeta · 17/12/2017 09:45

Call the Midwife
The Miniaturist
Little Women
Miranda

Dailystuck71 · 17/12/2017 10:53

Oh, yes little women. I saw that advertised and it looks good.

Kraggle · 17/12/2017 11:01

Highway Rat is the only thing I’ve seen so far that we want to watch. I need to get a TV guide.

jay55 · 17/12/2017 11:06

The Victoria wood special, A Christmas carol goes wrong and elf the musical.
Not much else appeals so I’m saving the crown series 2 to watch.

jay55 · 17/12/2017 11:07

Oh don’t know what days those are on, but they’re the festive things I want to see

CountFosco · 17/12/2017 11:11

Doctor Who. That is all. I've got the in-laws visiting for a week, a birthday party, and a Hogmanay party to organise. Roll on the 13th Jan, think everything is over by then and I'm going to spend the day in bed.

PinkBuffalo · 17/12/2017 16:36

There's loads of great telly on for me! Unfortunately I only have freeview and I don't have a recoding facility. I'm watching:
Feud (.I started a thread about this, first instalment I watched last night)
Crooked house
Whatever Happened to baby Jane
The miniaturist
Jurassic world!
And a couple of others I can't remember off the top of my head

calzone · 17/12/2017 16:41

Dr Who

dolfinne · 17/12/2017 18:50

ive heard quite a few boxsets have been put on bbc i player (Gavin & Stacey, line of duty, happy valley) so will probably rewatch them all

TheQueenOfWands · 17/12/2017 18:52

Bottom Holy and A Christmassy Ted.

Gremlins.

Maybe The Muppet Christmas Carol and The Grinch.

And Prep & Landing. Obvs.

glamourousgranny42 · 17/12/2017 18:58

Celebrity university challenge
Is there a big fat quiz on?

Nyx1 · 17/12/2017 19:02

yes, Highway Rat looks fab!

but I don't have a TV guide yet so I don't know when what's on.

Re The Miniaturist - I thought it sounded good, but then I heard "if you loved the Essex Serpent, you'll love this". I was bitterly disappointed in the Essex Serpent...but then again that was compared to some books that I liked so....not sure.

is it being used to replace the Christmas Christie - probably not because that would have been BBC1?

SparklingSnowfall · 17/12/2017 19:03

Oh well that's amazing!! I've always wanted to watch Line of Duty and have never seen any of it, all 4 series now downloading!! Happy Christmas to me! Thanks so much to the resin who pointed that out Grin

Nyx1 · 17/12/2017 19:04

oh wow, now I can watch Line of Duty - thank you Grin

maddiemookins16mum · 18/12/2017 14:54

Call The Midwife
Little Women
French and Saunders
Dr Who (well DH will want to)

I've yet to get a Christmas Radio Times so not really sure what's on. It's usually the little gems tucked away in BBC 2 that are the best bits.

MadisonAvenue · 18/12/2017 14:58

I haven't yet got a TV guide, I looked yesterday but could only find the Radio Times and baulked at paying £4.50!

buggerthebotox · 18/12/2017 19:25

Quite fancy Little Women and Bakeoff.

Already watching Line of Duty on catch up even though I've watched it squillions of times already. Blush

WhatCanIDoNowPlease · 18/12/2017 19:27

Miranda and inside number 9 are on the iPlayer too.

ellenanora5 · 18/12/2017 21:57

Victoria

Call the midwife

Little Women

Not sure what else is on but I've recorded Fued so might save that to watch over Christmas

JenniferYellowHat1980 · 18/12/2017 23:05

I would pay £14.50 for the Radio Times. It’s the one and only TV guide I ever buy and only at Christmas.

welshmist · 19/12/2017 23:09

Murdoch Mysteries xmas special on Alibi.

Frith1975 · 20/12/2017 16:57

Awful selection (for me) this year. All I’ve got is Dr Who and Uni Challenge!
