Just read the first article I've seen about the January CBB - apparently they are starting off with all women.

Didn't they do this before or has reality TV made me imagine things?

God I’m getting into so much trouble. My gay friends on fb are telling me I’m verging on sounding homophobic and now they youngsters and Work are telling me I’m living in the dark ages and if IW believes she’s a woman and has had the op then she is a woman so why is it annoying me?

.... and I didn’t get what the sweet young model girl said afterwards about not wanting to offend Ann? She kept doing a funny nose twitching thing and the others all laughed....

I still don't like Ann; she's clearly intelligent, but far too dogmatic (as RJ said). IW is stirring and as for the 'dumping' confession? Discussing it over dinner is pretty bad manners.

So after 24 hours India is sick of all the women’s chat and can’t wait for the men to come in .

This is indeed a lighthearted thread, and in the many seasons of BB and CBB we've spent together we have always agreed to disagree. Therefore please stop with the "bigot" comments, because to be frank, calling someone a bigot is a lazy way of trying to get someone to shut up because you don't agree with their opinion.

I am happy for IW to live whichever way he wants, wear what he wants, but I won't be made to call him a woman. Ann has some very old-fashioned ideas and opinions, and I won't be made to agree with them.

If IW wants to "pass" he would be best to start off observing how women behave, because they don't dry their hair with their boobs out, they don't bring every conversation round to themselves, they don't invade people's space with uninvited hugs and patronising endearments. They also don't preface every bloody sentence with "as a transwoman..."

Tbh I just thought people might like to know a little background about what many posters on here seem to regard as their anti-India champion. I'm sure people will start to see through Ann soon, I consider her a complete biggot and disagree with her on almost every opinion she has ever aired, but I understand some people find that entertaining, especially judging by previous CBB winners.

This - and I think it’s a shame the men are coming in so soon tbh... a whole week of just the women would have sparked many an interesting debate; feels like we’re only just getting going. Hope it’s not going to descend into the usual CBB bunfight overnight. Is it too early to predict Rachel Johnson will win it?!
