Just read the first article I've seen about the January CBB - apparently they are starting off with all women.

Didn't they do this before or has reality TV made me imagine things?

I managed to find my remote just in time to see IW - during a chat about the group experiencing discrimination because they are a woman - start going on about all the discrimination to men.

Similarly enraged. But glad that Rachel and Ann put IW straight on it fairly quickly. Time for some sleep so I can adjust my body clock accordingly for tomorrow. I'll be wistfully watching what you all type tomorrow.

The wee bit I saw of her speaking about the casting couch disgrace in Hollywood and the like... she was very articulate and put her point across well. She is also early days I know coming across as a nice lass. She looked amazing in that frock too.

sgeldon I agree. She does sound articulate but she's being called an airhead among other things. I recall one lady couldn't pronounce feminism, but Oh no, it's Malika who's receiving the nasty comments. So sad. [

Pleased about John Barnes. One of my idols actually (LFC fan) and seems quite an intelligent and reflective guy.

I'm genuinely really excited about the potential for intelligent conversation and debate, without everyone just screeching at each other.
However none of that intelligent stuff will be shown, will it...?

Only half-watched last night. Thought it was a bit boring. The introductions / chats with Emma and her screechy voice, dragged on for too long, IMO.

IW talking about how hard life is for a man in family courts during a conversation about how hard it is for women in workplace etc etc

I feel sorry for the women (who were born female sex) in there cos they won't be allowed to contradict IW cos they will be branded as anti ??????????

Only watched half if it as I found it quite slow and it was past my bedtime! However I'm not outraged that IW is in an all female house because she recognises that being a woman is more than a feeling and as far as I'm aware isn't claiming to have a female penis.
Malika needs to knock off with the baby voice that all the kardashians seem to use but sounds like she had already done that later on.

I'd like to point out that there is an image of two x chromosomes in the bb titles to anyone that wants to have a go at my displeasure of IW going into the 'woman only' house.

I'm refusing to watch it, absolutely disgusted that in a show that is supposed to be celebrating 100 years of women they have put a man in

John Barnes was gorgeous, seeing how he’s aged makes me realise I’m an old boot now.

IW seems pretty shallow if you look at their twitter account, but can’t deny the only reason i might look in is to see what India has to say and how they fare. Will reserve full judgement till later.

I have seen JB as a member of the panel on the WRIGHT STUFF and he is very sensible with a great sense of humour and a cool bloke

Haven't joined in on a CBB thread for quite a few seasons but might have to get back in the saddle.

I always wonder what the stylists do to Emma's hair. It looked like they'd started the backcombing then forgotten to finish it off. No one even took a brush to it in between the main show and BOTS. It looked a bloody state.

Watched the live feed and wanted to tell AW to fuck right off. She is deluded and out of touch.
