Anyone watch Half Ton Hospital last night?

The size of the people was unbelievable. I still can't understand how people get to that size.

I caught the end of it but yeah I can't get head round it either, it was a shocker but as the doctor said, its an epidemic that will just get worse. The thing is education is fine, yes, but you can't stop people being addicts, be it drug, booze or food. It is the most 24/7 accessible substance around and has been from the 1960's on... What can you do? Ban fat people buying food?
