Do you think they really drink like fish though? Or is it just when they're being filmed?
I was a bit surprised when Carole said she hardly drank and was just having fizzy water, and then I thought, well I've just assumed it's alcohol in the glasses all the time, but maybe it's not - unless they directly allude to it of course.
Americans in general have a different relationship with alcohol - the ones I know think you're an alcoholic if you have more than two drinks over the course of one evening, even if that's with dinner too!
I also think they go to the gym and do stuff like that a lot, although their series is one of the few where they don't really talk about that at all, or get filmed doing it.

I would say that yes, they do drink a lot.

I can’t understand how Ramona would be invited anywhere. She is just horrid. Her laugh makes me want to shoot her.

I watch the Mexican trip episode 1, Ramona is truly awful. The way she speaks to people she thinks of as staff cos she's 'a big tipper's is horrendous.

Luann (never again Countess) was wasted.

Bethenny can't be paying the bill otherwise Ramona wouldn't be there. Trips are using part of production but I wasn't sure here.

Tinz needs to run for the hills and get the hell away from Sonia. There is nothing to learn from Ramona in terms of consideration. The way she behaves on holiday is shameful. Grabby, spolit bitch.

Apparently Mario, who is 64, is still with the 35 year old woman that Ramona found him with in their house in the Hamptons 3 years ago!
