Mad Men with serial killers. Two episodes in and it's really good.

You won't be disappointed Andy. I'm just gutted it's only 10 episodes.

Only seen one ep and really disliked it- clunky dialogue, no-one likeable and I just realised I'm totally sick of disgusting horrible grimness as entertainment. Oh look, photos of a small boy anally raped with a broom handle, just hang on til I put on the kettle.

I am up to episode 9 I think.

I really like it, but I agree that some of the stuff we are shown photos of (like the boy mentioned earlier) is unnecessary.

Really interesting! Anyone know when season 2 will be released as ran out of episodes?

I’ve just started watching this as well, I’m two episodes in. It’s quite slow starting but it’s right up my street!

Thanks for the book recommendation tumbletastic, I’ll have a look for them. Reminds me of the Jigsaw Man (Paul Britton), who worked on criminal profiling on some of the big UK cases. It’s interesting to see it come full circle after it fell out of fashion.

We're on episode 3 - it's really good. I like the way the female characters are portrayed - strong, thoughtful, intelligent.

Watched to whole series over 4days absolutely brilliant.
I am a big fan of Criminal Minds and was really hoping that this would be good...it's brilliant... it is one of the best crime series I have watched in a long time.

I just finished watching and agree that it was a bit slow to get into, but then was gripping.

I watched the whole series on a binge the other week when I was ill.

Loved it, for me it felt like a criminal minds prequel. Loved the factual refs and the development of the science.
