'Enders: Stella and Ben storyline

I am a diehard enders fan but I don't think I can take any more of this Stella/Ben storyline.

What on earth is the point of it?

I hope to god they bring it to a swift conclusion: I don't think I can take her getting any more cruel than she has been already. I think this could make disturbing viewing for children

imho Jay is up there alongside Chesney (of whom i am only dimly aware as an irregular corrie watcher)

Stacey's brother has a very dirty smile.

Chesney is Gielgud material. he can do the lot: pathos, comedy, a single look that says: "I'd be better off in care than living with my mum".

maybe jay/chesney could give ben a masterclass..

enders have had some v planky child actors hence my joy at Jay's arrival

controversially, i do not hold with the near-universal theme that Chesney is a Good Actor. i think he is given to gurning in place of genuine emotion. he's alright, but he's not that great.
