I really dont think I can, I want to- to educate myself really, but I cant even watch a 2 min piece on Comic relief, so doubt I will handle this.

This is really very hard to watch - a woman has just sold her child. Heartbreaking eye opener.

An astonishing programme. I have always admired Rageh Omar. His comments were so insightful. About how children working for the benefit of families is a cultural norm in many places and not classed as slavery, but how selling children becomes a way out of poverty for many families. How enormous a challenge it is to make the necessary changes in the world to stop it happening.

Contrast with gushy charidee stuff from Comic Relief.

I know I should but I can't. If I watch it I won't sleep for a week. My husband actually has banned me from anything like that and says that I should feel lucky he lets me watch the news.

I would have liked to have seen this, didn't know it was on, does anyone know if it is going to be repeated?
