Why would they turn down Trace who has done the job for about 100 years and have Stacey who will have to leave when she has the baby and her main reason for wanting the job is to have 'something for myself'.

Funnyfarmer Abi and Steven dtd after her 21st in the kitchen at Beale's.

Were we aware that Stacey was planning to get another job? I was Hmm that she thought it wise to take on more work, given that they are supposedly taking steps to keep her emotionally stable.

Yes, suddenly Stace is looking for another job! She will have 3 kids of her own plus Louis to look after all day and then in the Vic half the night...

I'm nervous about Stacey being in close proximity to the pub roof. I wonder if this is the start of a manic episode? It seems a lot to take on with her childminding and pregnancy?

Nobody does that to a box of cupcakes. The icing was ruined.

I don't get why Stacey is wanting to work in the pub. She has a full time job already, along with being pregnant, and I don't think they've mentioned money troubles lately. Is she after Super Sonia's title I wonder

i find the whole steven, lauren, abi triangle ( along with phone chargers) quite boring. Just go off with Clarke kent and do us all a favour.
Abi plays the stalker quite well though, she is a flawed character.

i didnt notice cupcake 'gate' but for Tina to knock those out in no time was impressive.
agree that Stacy will be doing too much - Tracey is a far better candidate, although after how she was treated you would think she would rather stay on with vincent at the albert bar, so its their loss really. funny how most jobs get loads of applicants these days, they could have showed a few more people going for it.
I do like Fi's hair, its always so immaculate. i wish mine was that well behaved.

Watching on catch up - Bex has done her GCSEs which are all over. Why was she in school uniform and going to school? If it's Sixth Form induction, most would not be in uniform. I'm only half watching so may have missed something - spotted the cupcakes/box though!

I reckon Stacey is being put in the pub as part of the Max/Mr Big storyline of taking over/demolishing the pub and she'll either get hurt or save the day at some point Wink

I am finding the Karen character very tedious.

Karen character is hugely overacted almost a parody of a benefits mum. Keenan actor is brilliant so hope now the family is here he doesn't sink into the background.

I think the dr said Bernie was underage so presumably she's 15 and in the year below Lou, Bex and the bully girls and Keegan of course, I suppose she'd have to be roughly a year older/younger than Keegan though wouldn't she really! Maybe Shazzas little darling Denny is the baby's father - lol!

How did Stacy get the job when Fi originally touted the idea of getting young trendy bar staff in from an agency? Stacy is a pregnant mother of two.

i agree that Fi, in real life, would have turned her nose up at the whole hiring a pregnant woman with small kids.
doesnt make any sense really -
just hire sausage instead.
i cannot believe that Ben and Jay are going to use a credit card from the previous owners- asking for trouble, plus they would need a pin number to work it too. they are mad.
